Mug Food Scrambled Egg

Scrambled Eggs:


  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons of Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Shredded Cheese
  • Any other herbs you wish to use



1.   Coat a microwave-safe mug or microwavable dish with cooking spray. Add eggs and milk and beat until blended.

2.   Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds then stir.

3.   Microwave for another 30-45 seconds until eggs are set.

4.   Top with cheese and season with salt, pepper and herbs.
